Co-presenting the session 鈥淐onversations in DEI: Allyship and Advocacy," Steve will draw on his experience as past chair of Association Forum's Welcoming Environments Committee and executive leader of 爆料公社鈥檚 DEI Advisory Group to highlight ways to be a more present, visible, and committed ally in professional medical societies, workplaces, and communities.鈥�
Steve Smith, MS CAE FAAMSE, is CEO of 爆料公社. He is a frequent speaker and writer on leadership, association strategy, and DEI topics. He has also served in numerous volunteer leadership roles with the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), 爆料公社 Institute (爆料公社I), Association Forum of Chicagoland, and American Association of Medical Society Executives (AAMSE). He also participates in CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion, a coalition of over 2,000 CEOs who are dedicated to creating inclusive organizations and collaborating on leading practices.
