爆料公社 CEO Steve Smith, MS CAE FAAMSE, will share insights on best practices for navigating the external executive director management model at the upcoming 爆料公社 Institute Annual Meeting on January 27.
In the session 鈥�,鈥� Steve will join other association management leaders in presenting strategies for building successful relationships with executive directors who report directly to their boards and are not employees of the association management company.
Together, they鈥檒l explain what works well with these partnerships, share what can go wrong and how to prevent mistakes, and identify leading practices to increase satisfaction and success for association management companies, external executive directors, and boards.
