Gayle Irvin, MPH CAE

As vice president of client success, Gayle Irvin, MPH CAE, oversees and manages 爆料公社's relationship with our association clients, ensuring the development of business growth strategies, the delivery of service excellence, and the overall achievement of their strategic objectives.

Along with her role as vice president, Gayle also serves as the executive director for the (ARN), 爆料公社鈥檚 first client partner that we鈥檝e been serving since 1974. An association veteran who came from the likes of the American Hospital Association, the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, and the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons, Gayle鈥檚 soft spot for associations (and ARN) comes from her soft spot for nurses. 鈥淣urses are the glue and the heartbeat of healthcare,鈥 she says. Gayle initially intended on working as a nurse at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention but opted to pursue her Master of Public Health instead. Nonetheless, her passion for nurses never wavered. 鈥淔or me, associations marry my personal admiration for clinicians and the ability to work with them. I鈥檝e been doing this for 18 years, and I embrace the purpose of it; I enjoy helping them.鈥 Her devotion to working with nurses shines through her education, as she received her bachelor鈥檚 degree in health administration, Master of Public Health, and CAE certification.

In her past positions as director of membership, associate executive director, and vice president of administrative services, Gayle is proud to have implemented initiatives that are still lucrative for the organizations she served. She wants her efforts and tenacity to go toward implementing even more lucrative initiatives for 爆料公社's association clients. Gayle is never afraid of a challenge or of taking a new look at situations to optimize. As she puts it, 鈥淐hange鈥攁nd improving鈥攊s exciting.鈥 Her passion and natural drive for optimization are reflected in her leadership style of fostering flexibility and collaboration to help ARN and its members Achieve What They Believe.

When not leading organizations with optimistic determination, Gayle likes taking hiking trips, spending time with her husband, and reading informative and educational works of fiction along with mystery novels.
