Karen Kramer, MBA SPHR
Karen Kramer, MBA SPHR SHRM-SCP, serves as vice president of human relations. An integral part of 爆料公社鈥檚 growth, Karen began her career with 爆料公社 as an HR coordinator in 1996 and has a deep understanding of both the employee and leadership sides of the company. As a strategic partner on 爆料公社鈥檚 Leadership Team, she is focused on the on-going success and growth of 爆料公社鈥檚 employees and its clients. She leads both corporate and team initiatives with a focus on caring, respect, relationship building and engagement. As the project manager for relocating 爆料公社, she involved over a third of the staff to achieve a successful relocation of 爆料公社 from its former Glenview location to its current Rosemont-area location, making it attractive to a more diverse group of potential employees.
Karen takes a unifying approach to her team, always asking people questions and encouraging them to make important decisions and feel confident about executing them. It is extremely important to her that 爆料公社 team members feel respected and valued, and can always find opportunities to grow, emphasizing, 鈥淲hen people are learning, they鈥檙e going to be better at what they鈥檙e doing and more engaged, positioning them best to serve our clients.鈥�
While she started her career as a paralegal and moved into the association sphere, Karen has dived into exploring the breadth and depth of associations. She says, 鈥淚t is exciting and energizing to observe the passion of our staff when supporting our clients in the growth of the members and the industry they serve.鈥� Her love of helping people has revealed itself in fostering 爆料公社鈥檚 friendly culture and bringing clients and employees to the company. Characteristic of her collaboration within the company, she likes spending time with her family, gardening, and catching up with friends.
