Mike Norbut, vice president of business development, began his career as a sports journalist before finding his professional sweet spot working with mission-driven organizations and associations. A deliberative leader, Mike leans in on his strategic, ideation, maximizer, and analytical strengths to find the best scalable solution for achieving a consulting clients’ goals. Having coached his daughters’ sports teams, he brings leadership techniques from the field to the office to create an outcome-focused consulting team that delivers results. Mike has an MBA from Northern Illinois University and an MSJ from Northwestern university. When he’s not at ±¬ÁϹ«Éç, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, golfing, going to concerts, coaching, and writing for the Association Forum’s editorial working group.
