Kelly Podkowa is associate executive director of the (AAHID) and senior operations/certification manager for the (ABNN).  During her tenure at ±¬ÁϹ«Éç, she has guided multiple organizations in all aspects of certification and recertification, including feasibility studies/market research, launching a new certification program and certificate program, implementing an online application system, maintaining accreditation, and implementing governance best practices. She is a data-driven leader and believes that using real-time and past data can help an organization be anticipatory, make necessary decisions, and evaluate future projects and programs. Her strong execution, analytical, and strategic leadership strengths guide organizations in improving profitability and performance.  Kelly has a bachelor’s degree in Community Health from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Outside of ±¬ÁϹ«Éç, you’ll find her at sporting events, traveling, trying new hot sauces, and co-running an Instagram account dedicated to finding the best nachos in different cities.
